Traditional targeted executive search designed for senior level, strategic, impact roles. Final 1/3 of fee contingent on hire. Talent Acquisition Program Development and ExecutionOperating as a Recruitment Process Outsourcer (RPO,) we define “Programs” as sustained relationships where we are accountable for 10+ senior level ($80k+) hires annually. We work closely with line management to build talent pipelines to support functional, market, and geographic growth requirements. Programs are engaged on a monthly retainer + performance fee.
